Egg White International
Can I mix the egg whites with my protein powders or juices?

ABSOLUTELY! Any flavor you want to use, you can’t taste the egg whites. Smooth as milk. If you don’t like powders, take 8 ounces of liquid egg whites and add a ½ cup of cold coffee and any fat free liquid creamer. French Vanilla, Butter Pecan, Hazelnut, you name. Shake well and have a cold coffee Hazelnut shake with 26gram of pure protein. You can also mix with any juice or Almond Milk, soy milk

How should I use Egg Whites and how often should I use them?

As a drink, twice a day. First thing in the morning and just before you go to bed at night, 3-4 hours after dinner. The liquid egg whites are more bioavailable as a drink than if you cook them. You denature the egg protein when you overcook them to the point of an omelet. Liquid is light on your stomach, and will give you 100% of the available protein from the Egg White. You lose about 12% when you cook them. Always shake before using and smell for any sour odor. Egg Whites have no odor and are tasteless, therefore if there is a sour odor present don’t use them.

Is it OK for kids to use?

Perfect for kids. Take ½ of Liquid Egg Whites and ½ cup of milk. Pour over cereal. Your kids are getting 13 grams of protein for breakfast and haven’t got a clue. Or, take ½ cup milk and ½ cup liquird egg whites with some sugar free chocolate syrup, and have a glass of chocolate milk.

Why did my Egg Whites cook up watery or rubbery?

This is because your customer failed to shake well before you. When we ship them to you, our liquid Egg Whites are frozen. By the time you receive them, they may be frozen, but will most likely be slushy. The process of freezing and then defrosting causes the water to separate from the rest of the egg white and the water will settle on top, while the bottom may be thicker and more syrupy. When the customer pours that first portion pumping it from the bottom, it will be thicker and cook rubbery. There is also white foamy substance that the customer will see floating in the bottle…this is part of the natural egg white product and is perfectly normal.

How long can I store my Egg White product?

The shelf life of our Egg Whites is 3-4 months when refrigerated at 39 degrees or colder. Once open, we recommend Egg Whites be used in 90-120 days. They can also be frozen indefinitely.

If you want to get the best use out of your protein powder, DON’T mix with water or milk! Mix it with one 8oz of 100% Pure Liquid Egg Whites! You only use half as much powder, and it will make your drink taste better than with water or milk. You can’t taste the Egg Whites! They are double filtered to have the smooth consistency of milk.

The BIG benefit is that Liquid Egg Whites are the purest form of protein known to man in the entire world. One 8oz cup supplies 26 grams of pure protein, with only 2 carbs, Zero Fat and Zero Cholesterol, and only 120 calories. 100% Pure Liquid Egg Whites are 100% bio-available and will support muscle growth for up to 4 to 5 hours This enhances the protein powders!

A protein powder that recommends 2 scoops of powder with a cup of water, to get 40 grams of protein, is only 70-80% bio-available. This means that out of the 40 grams of protein available, only 28 to 32 grams are useable by the body for about 2 to 3 hours. If you mix one 8oz cup of Liquid Egg Whites with only one scoop of powder, your body will get about 20% more protein for 2 hours longer muscle support. This is because the liquid egg whites are 100% Bio-available and will support muscle growth for up to 4 to 5 hours.
